Artech is hiring software engineers, but before you apply make sure you
graduated from a Premier Institute. Most tech colleges in India claim
to be premier, especially IIT and BITS.

IIT, or India Institute of Technology is a system of tech schools in
India. I call them all Bombay University but you can create your own
name. Here is Bombay U's webpage: http://www.iitb.ernet.in/
Just enter IIT and India in a search engine and you can find many more.
They are about as common as DeVry.

BITS, or Birla Institute of Technology and Science, is at

Artech has plenty of LCAs to view in the database at

Most of their programming jobs pay from $40-60k and many of them are in
Stanford, CT and Morristown, NJ.
