BM Infotech will only hire H-1Bs that are already in the U.S. that can
transfer from their current employer. That means that if you are a U.S.
citizen you shouldn't bother applying.

The comment about Green Cards is weird, almost as if it's telling H-1Bs
that if they go to South Dakota they will get a Green Card faster. No
reason was given for GC approval.
