Arnold Schwarzenegger looks good in the movies, but he doesn't stack up
to Ken Hamidi in the real world. Hamidi's protest at Intel was far more
impressive than the make-believe stuff Arnie does in Hollywood studios.

Hamidi's FaceIntel website is also very good so check it out:

Workers' rights advocate Ken Hamidi enters California governor's race

SACRAMENTO - 8/22/2003 - Ken Hamidi is best known for prevailing
against Intel in California Supreme Court for allegedly "trespassing"
on their servers by sending informational email to Intel employees. He
founded FACE Intel (www.faceintel.com) several years ago, and has
expanded his advocacy to include all U.S. workers.

Observing that the primary party candidates appeared to have been
"bought" by corporate soft money, Hamidi has thrown his hat into the
California governor's race on the Independent ticket.

At his kickoff speech Hamidi promised, "I advocate resolving the budget
deficit by rebuilding the employment market in California and
discouraging outsourcing US jobs and technologies. I will specially
work to end the invisible government structure of special interest."

Hamidi minces no words about globalism and the WTO: "Federal trade
agreements and WTO treaties violate the State sovereignty guaranteed by
the U.S. Constitution. WTO subverts a government 'of the people' by
reducing humans to a disposable commodity of corporations."

While other candidates are silent on the issue, Hamidi strongly objects
to the outsourcing of U.S. jobs and technology. A recent study predicts
that 10% of IT jobs will move overseas by the end of 2004 - and the
trend will continue. Once India and China have our core technologies we
will never get them back. "These short-sighted, greed-based policies
threaten the technical superiority of the U.S.A."

While the major candidates offer to tow the party line, Hamidi stands
for true reform. Ken Hamidi owes no favors; he will act in the best
interests of the people.
